Founded an AI-native platform company and personally built a pre-production healthcare AI platform: multi-tenant cloud microservices, LLM orchestration with retrieval-augmented generation, and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, demonstrated end to end with a major healthcare system so conversational AI can discover providers, verify eligibility, and initiate booking with auditable provenance.
Led enterprise-wide digital strategy, transformation, and innovation for a multi-state, not-for-profit integrated payer-provider system (9 hospitals plus a health plan). Established enterprise AI governance and responsible AI frameworks, scaled virtual care system-wide, delivered Epic-integrated digital products (Cadence, MyChart Data Tiles, App Orchard), and built a digital front door that produced sustained new-patient growth and revenue at sharply lower platform cost.
Progressed from application development to enterprise integration architecture and digital-solutions leadership across a 17-hospital not-for-profit system. Took consumer health, release-of-information, and provider self-service platforms from concept to production adoption, and established the enterprise API and interoperability backbone (HL7, FHIR, REST/SOAP).
